Man who took Lost star hostage pleads guilty
The man wHO took 'Lost' star Chaff Holloway and his wife hostage faces up to 30 days in pokey.
Ruben Royce, 23, broke into to the couple's Hawaiian home in October 2005 and threatened them ahead devising away with their wallets and railcar.
Royce pleaded guilty to 33 malefactor charges in a Hawaiian capital court, including three other robberies, as voice of a prosecution steal that could see him sentenced to up to 30 age behind parallel bars.
He was convicted last month of another robbery, as comfortably as charges including reckless endangerment and firearms violations. Royce said he had no mind at the time that Holloway, wHO plays Sawyer in the series, was famous.
"Essentially, he was drive around looking for illusion cars, nice homes and picked certain ones for home base invasion," said public prosecutor Maurice Arrisgado.
He said Holloway and his wife had been frightened by Royce.
"They view they were going to develop killed," Arrisgado said. "This hombre was real vicious and had no hesitancy in pointing the artillery in their grimace."
Royce volition be sentenced on 29 April.
